Registration:People who register with Noseit Service become "Registered Members". They must be at least 18 years of age. .As well as being able to browse the Noseit site like any visitor to it,"Registered Members"- receive emailed messages, which will be sent to the email address contained in Their Details (which are provided during Registration and may be updated subsequently). post to any message boards which may be available to "RegisteredMembers" on the Noseit Site- upload photographs.We are not an internet service provider so 100 words limit on published pages.For an extra fee have your own dedicated page 700x1000.To advertise plus membership fee a one-off charge will be made.Important Note: Registered Membership. If you decide to become a "Registered Member", and therefore pay our Registered Membership fee, you are agreeing to take the Registered Membership we make available to you, shortly after that fee is paid. You will not be entitled to any refund of that fee. Your Registered Membership will last for twelve months. If you wish to continue with Registered Membership after the expiry of that twelve month period, we will enable you to do so, at our then-current terms and prices. But please note that we reserve the right to change the amount of the fee for Registered Membership, the period which it covers, the services which it enables you to obtain and other factors from time to time. However, these changes will not affect your then-current Registered Membership.Registration. You undertake to register for Noseit using accurate and current information about yourself – including your correct name, address and any other requested details. You also undertake only to add yourself to any Location on the Noseit site. If you are asked for, and provide, details of a credit, debit or charge card; in that event, you must ensure that (a) you are fully entitled to use that card, and (b) it has available funds sufficient to cover the charges which are deducted from it. As part of the registration process for the Noseit site, you will receive a verification email, the purpose of which is to take reasonable steps to ensure that the email address you have nominated during registration is controlled by you.
Misuse of Noseit site. We reserve the right (a) to suspend or terminate any Member's access to the Noseit site, or parts of it, and/or (b) to edit, or require the Member to edit, material posted on the Noseit site, if the relevant Member or material appears to us to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement. Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated must not re-register for, or re-access, the Noseit site without our prior consent. You are responsible for everything which is done on or through the Noseit site while your Membership account is logged on to the Noseit site, or through your email address(es).
Application. The Noseit site is intended to be used by its Members. Accordingly, Members must not:
- include an email address, postal address, phone number, the address of any website, or any other information which is intended to facilitate direct communication, in material which is posted on the Noseit site - Registered Members, and the recipients of their emails, can share this information, should they wish, once direct contact has been made;
- place material on, or otherwise use, the Noseit site for any business or commercial purpose; or
- use your access to the Noseit site, or information gathered from it, for the sending of unsolicited bulk email (sometimes known as spam).
Withdrawal of material and Termination of Membership. Each Member acknowledges that we are entitled to withdraw any material on the Noseit site which appears whether based on information received from Members or others, or our own determination to be capable of breaching any part of this Agreement, or to bring the Noseit site into disrepute. However, each user acknowledges that we do not monitor material which appears on the Noseit site and that we are reliant upon you and all users to notify us of anything you see here which appears likely to breach this Agreement, using the notification techniques which are made available on the Noseit site.

Copyright:All copyright, database right and other intellectual property rights in all the material on the site including but not limited to site design, structure, page layouts, graphical images and underlying software code (collectively the "Content") belongs to NOSEIT or its licensee's. All rights are reserved, except for the limited licensed rights expressly granted below.

Assignment/subcontracting
You shall not assign or delegate all or any of your rights or obligations under this agreement without NOSEIT prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
NOSEIT shall have the right to assign or transfer all or any of its rights and obligations under this agreement to any person save that where that person is not an associated company NOSEIT shall notify you prior to exercising that right of transfer.
NOSEIT may subcontract any of its obligations in this agreement.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other under these terms and conditions, for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the other party due to any cause beyond the first party's reasonable control including without limitation any act of God, exceptionally severe weather, failure of shortage of power supplies, flood, drought, lightning or fire, strike, lock-out, trade dispute or labour disturbance (other than those of the parties), the act or omission of government, highways authorities, other telecommunications operators or administrations or other competent authority, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or riot.
Payment.
Payment of all sums due under these terms and conditions can be made by cheque or postal order made out to NOSEIT. and sent to Noseit. PO Box 751 St Albans Herts AL2 3ZQ.

By using NOSEIT Conversations (the "Service") you agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violation of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.

NOSEIT Conversations - Posting guidelines
NOSEITconsiders the following kinds of threads to be inappropriate:
i. 'Spamming' the forum - that is advertising a product or service without respecting the conversations or people in an area.
ii. Harrassing, threatening or being unnecessarily aggressive or rude to other members of the board.
iii. Making unsupported accusations - anything libellous etc.
